Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for an engineering evaluation of the concrete Slab On Grade (SOG) at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's (BEP) Landover Warehouse. Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Slab On Grade (SOG) Evaluation. The services are to be performed at the Landover Warehouse, 3201 Pennsy Dr, Landover, MD 20785.

• The contractor shall provide a Slab On Grade (SOG) Evaluation that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement.

• This acquisition may result in a firm-fixed-price contract.

• Questions Due: April 20, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM (EST).

• Quotes Due: April 27, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM (EST).

• Quotes must be submitted as an all-inclusive firm-fixed-price quote, including any anticipated travel.

• Award will be made using the Best-Value Tradeoff source selection process.

• Evaluation factors include Technical Approach (must be rated at least "Acceptable"), Past Performance, and Price.

• This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541330 (Engineering Services) with a size standard of $25.5 million.

• Quoters must have an active SAM.GOV registration by the quote deadline.

• This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
