• Replace HVAC systems for two tree coolers: Tree Cooler 1 (Base Item) at Libby Fire Cache and Tree Cooler 2 (Option Item 1) at Libby District office complex.

• Remove and dispose of existing equipment.

• Size and install new condenser, evaporator fans/coils, and refrigeration lines.

• Install digital thermostat, environmental controller for temperature and humidity, and a centrifugal humidifier.

• Ensure temperature can be maintained between 28-40 degrees F (±2 degrees F) with 1-degree increments.

• Ensure humidity can be maintained between 85-95%.
