Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) service, including the filling and recertification of cylinders, to Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY).

• The process involves completing SECNAV 5512 form(s), a CVS spreadsheet, and being added to the "179-Day List" by CNRMA for DBIDS card generation.

Amendment / Modification
