This solicitation is for Liquid Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Service. The contractor will be responsible for filling 220 of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard's (NNSY) owned cylinders with CO2. Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) service, including the filling and recertification of cylinders, to Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY).

• The contract period is from May 4, 2026, to May 3, 2027, or until all CO2 cylinders are picked up.

• Vendor must hydrostatically test and recertify all 220 cylinders, tagging them after successful testing.

• Vendor must fill all 220 cylinders with beverage grade liquid carbon dioxide.

• Contractors require a DBIDS card for access to NNSY, unless they are permanent party with Common Access Cards (CACs).

• The process involves completing SECNAV 5512 form(s), a CVS spreadsheet, and being added to the "179-Day List" by CNRMA for DBIDS card generation.
