Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a safe place for participants and their family members to foster self-awareness, awareness of others, share their story, and learn principles and tools to enhance their relationships during the 62D MED BDE Spiritual Readiness & Resilience Training (SR2T).

• Provide lodging, conference space, and meals for the SR2T event.

• Accommodations for up to 60 adults (18+) and 40 children (ages 6mos - 17yrs).

• Two conference rooms: one for training/meals (accommodating 110 people with specific table/chair configurations and AV equipment) and one for childcare (accommodating 30 people).

• Nutritious buffet meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with non-alcoholic beverages for specified numbers of adults and children, free of common food allergens. Specific meal times and counts are detailed.

• Provide 25 guest rooms with two queen beds, workspace, climate control, refrigerator, and full bath.

• Contractor shall develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services meet PWS requirements.

• Rooms must be clean and in good repair.

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a good and orderly fashion.

• Period of Performance: May 29-31, 2026.

• Location: Facilities within 50 miles of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA 98433.

• Contractor facilities must include a fitness center.

• Coordinate special requirements (e.g., handicap accessible rooms, dietary needs) with the Government POC within seven (7) days prior to the event.

• Contractor POC to be designated and coordinate with Government POC.

• Extra services not specified in the PWS are the responsibility of the guest and will be paid directly by the guest.

To provide a safe place for participants and their family members to foster self-awareness, awareness of others, share their story, and learn principles and tools to enhance their relationships during the 62D MED BDE Spiritual Readiness & Resilience Training (SR2T).

• Provide lodging, conference space, meals, and free onsite parking for the SR2T event.

• Accommodations for up to 60 adults (18+) and 40 children (ages 6mos - 17yrs).

• Two conference rooms: one for training/meals (accommodating 110 in lecture/classroom style with 15 round tables and 8 chairs each, plus 2 rectangle tables for facilitators) and one for childcare (accommodating up to 30 in classroom style with 8 round tables and 6 chairs each).

• Audio-visual equipment for the training room (projector, screen, sound system, microphones, whiteboard).

• Nutritious buffet meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with non-alcoholic beverages for 70 adults (13+) and 30 children (ages 4-12yrs), free of common food allergens. Specific meal times and dates are provided.

• Provide unlimited coffee, tea, and water during specified event hours.

• Provide 25 guest rooms with two queen beds, workspace, individually controlled heat/AC, refrigerator, and full bath. Rooms must be clean and in good repair.

• Contractor shall develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services meet PWS requirements.

• Rooms must be clean and in good repair, with clean, freshly laundered linens and blankets free from defects.

• Period of Performance: April 24-26, 2026 (Friday through Sunday).

• Location: Facilities within 50 miles of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA 98433.

• Contractor facilities must include a fitness center.

• Contractor shall provide a primary Contractor Point of Contact (POC).

• Government POC will coordinate any special requirements (e.g., handicap accessible rooms, special dietary needs) with the Contractor POC within seven (7) days prior to the event.

• Extra services not specified in the PWS are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged directly to the guest.

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a good and orderly fashion. Incidents of misbehavior will be reported.
