The Department of the Army, MICC-JB Lewis-McChord, is soliciting proposals for Lodging & Meals services to support the 62D Medical Brigade's Spiritual Readiness and Resilience Training (SR2T) event. Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide comprehensive services including lodging, conference space, and meals. Facilities must be within 50 miles of JBLM, WA.
- Lodging: 25 guest rooms, each with two queen beds, workspace, individually controlled heat/AC, refrigerator, and full bath. Rooms must be clean and in good repair.
- Conference Space: Two rooms required:
- One for training/meals, accommodating 110 people in lecture/classroom style with 15 round tables (8 chairs each), facilitator tables, podium, and AV equipment (projector, screen, sound system, microphones, whiteboard).
- One for childcare, accommodating up to 30 people in classroom style with 8 round tables (6 chairs each).
- Meals: Nutritious buffet meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with non-alcoholic beverages for 70 adults (13+) and 30 children (4-12 years) per meal. Meals must be free of common food allergens. Unlimited coffee, tea, and water for adults during specified training times.
- Additional Facilities: Contractor facilities must include a fitness center and provide free onsite parking.
Performance Standards
The contractor is required to develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP). Rooms must be clean and in good repair with freshly laundered linens. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion.

Submission Requirements
