The objective of this requirement is to restore the Summit Conveyor, Model SB48-30, to full operational capability at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center's Recycling Yard.

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals to:

• Replace the existing loading belt.

• Repair the existing sorting belt.

• Align, tension, and adjust both belts.

• Perform operational testing to verify system functionality.

• Site Inspection: Contractor must conduct a site visit prior to work to verify belt dimensions, conveyor condition, and access requirements.

• Loading Belt Replacement: Furnish and install a replacement loading belt meeting or exceeding OEM specifications.

• Sorting Belt Repair: Inspect, repair damaged sections, and restore the sorting belt to full functional condition.

• Operational Testing: Conduct a minimum two-hour continuous operational test under normal load conditions to verify no malfunctions, vibrations, slippage, or misalignment.
