This unrestricted procurement seeks a contractor to remove approximately 150,000-155,035 cubic yards of shoals. The estimated magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for material placement. Basic dredging areas include 16R, 18R, and 19B, with options for areas 16A, 20D, 20S, and 25S, and includes a Black Box Monitoring Unit (CLIN 0005).
