  • General Maintenance & Repair: Plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, roofing, masonry, and general mechanical tasks (e.g., appliance, garage door, pump systems).
  • Specialized Services: Deep cleaning, window treatments, faucet/sink replacement, drain cleaning, water heater maintenance, outlet/switch replacement, lighting upgrades, GFCI installation, cabinet/door/baseboard repairs, leak repair, gutter maintenance, plaster/stucco repair. All services must adhere to local and American standards, with the stricter standard applying. A bilingual (English/Spanish) supervisor is required to liaise with the Government.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), potentially multiple-award.
