• Building Identification: Facility Number, Building Name, Number of Floors, Gross SF, Net SF.
• Building Dimensions and Construction Materials: Outside dimensions (length, width), basement, attic, porches, roof, foundation details, ceiling heights, door dimensions, fire rating code, and construction materials (principal structural, secondary structural, exterior/interior walls, floor/sub-floor materials).
• Additional Construction Materials: Foundation form, roof support, roof deck, roof surface, and pavement materials.
• Utility Connections, Information and Fuel Data: Details on water, gas, sewer, storm sewer, steam, condensate, and communications connections, including number of pipes, diameter, capacity, and availability. It also details heating, air conditioning, hot water, and electrical systems, including energy type, source location, fuel description, air circulation, and electrical load data.
• Building Systems: Fire protection (sprinklers, detection, alarms), security, heating (plant, fuel storage), and air conditioning systems.
• Installed Building Equipment: Specific equipment such as evaporative coolers, water heaters, exhaust fans, wash basins, water closets, urinals, sinks, drinking fountains, heating plants, elevators, and other specified items like air curtains and exhaust hoods.
• Associated Utilities and Structures: Checklist for items like transformers, power poles, lighting, gas mains, sewers, hydrants, driveways, roadways, parking, drains, fences, sidewalks, and water/backflow preventer services.
