- Media Monitoring: Global monitoring of print, broadcast, online, and paywalled content; translation; visual/audio monitoring; archiving (up to 5 years); data visualizations (sentiment, share of voice, heat maps); newsfeeds for up to 10,000 recipients; and influencer identification.
- Social Media Monitoring: Monitoring popular U.S. and international platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube) using keywords/hashtags to measure volume, topics, impressions, and influencers.
- Assessments & Analytics: Monitoring conversations around DAF, USAF, and USSF; measuring engagement, reach, and KPIs; customizable dashboards; sentiment analysis; and identifying conversation drivers, advocates, and detractors.
