Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the design, fabrication, and delivery of a complete metal building kit. Key requirements include:

- Mezzanine: An interior mezzanine (16 ft from the west wall) with a 125 psf live load capacity and a steel staircase.
- Exterior Features: Standing seam roof (min. 24-gauge Aluminum-Zinc Alloy-coated Steel Sheet), exterior walls (min. 24-gauge Al-Zn), one 20 ft x 20 ft roll-up door (east side), four 36" x 84" pedestrian doors, and at least six exterior windows.
- Insulation: Minimum R-38 for the roof and R-21 for exterior walls.
- Materials & Assembly: All structural members must be cold-formed steel; welding, brazing, or hot work are not permitted for assembly. Fasteners must be corrosion-resistant. Coatings must meet AAMA 621 and AAMA 2605 standards with a 20-year warranty.
