Statement of Work (SOW)

To replace existing doors, frames, glass, and hardware across multiple facilities with new specified components.

• Purchase and install aluminum/glass doors (Kawneer Trifab VersaGlaze or Oldcastle 3000) for storefront systems and hollow metal doors for personnel doors.
• Contractor to provide and verify field measurements.
• Exterior storefronts to have Aluminum Bronze Frames with 1" insulated Bronze tinted Low-e glass.
• Doors to have a minimum 10" bottom rail.
• Exterior doors require keyed locks accepting "BEST" cores and panic hardware.
• Interior doors require push/pull hardware with no locks.
• Install Bronze surface mount closers on all doors.
• Include thresholds, door sweeps, and weather stripping on exterior doors.
• Ensure proper seal around all door frames.

• Building 1613: Storefront assembly replacement, aluminum and glass double doors, hollow metal double doors and jambs, various sizes and hardware (Best 9K series, panic hardware, lever handles, Simplex cipher lock). Some doors require 2'x2' bottom vent and non-removable hinge pins.

• Building 1784: Hollow metal door and jamb replacement with panic hardware, Simplex cipher lock, and a 2' W x 2' 8” Lite.

• Building 2316: Stainless steel swinging double doors, some with lites, some double action, hollow metal door and frame replacements, CMU mounted, various hardware (Best 9K series, Trilogy electric combination lock).

• Building 2610: Interior double door with side lites and transom storefront assembly, compatible Best lock system.

• Period of Performance: 180 Days.
