Purpose & Objective

Scope of Work
The requirement includes the procurement of specified VR equipment, delivery of the VR Participant Kits to the Veterans Affairs Police Service in Vancouver, WA, and comprehensive installation, licensing, and configuration of the equipment. The vendor will also be responsible for providing training and ongoing support for the operation of the VR kits.
Each Complete VR Participant Kit must include:
- VR Ready Computer: Compatible with the V-Armed System and mountable in a server rack.
- VR Headset: With FBIK module and an extra battery harness.
- Full Body Inverse Kinematic system: Comprising 5 sensors.
- Law Enforcement Simulated Equipment: Including a VR M4 rifle, flashlight, OC spray, Taser, Body-Worn Camera, and duty belt.
- Software Suite: With all necessary licenses.
- Support & Maintenance: A one-year plan.
Requirements
All equipment provided must be new, fully operational, and defect-free. Crucially, all components must be compatible with the existing V-Armed Virtual Reality Training System. The vendor is required to provide onsite training for personnel and one year of technical support, which includes phone, email, remote troubleshooting, and software updates.
Period & Place of Performance
Delivery, installation, and operational status of the kits are required within 60 days of contract award. The delivery and installation location is the Veterans Affairs Police Service, 1601 E. Fourth Plain Blvd, Building 14 (Gym), Vancouver, WA 98661. Support and maintenance services will be provided for one year following installation.
