Fixtures must meet specific requirements: minimum 3,000+ lumens, vapor-tight/industrial-grade, UL listed, DLC Premium listed, California Title 24 compliant, minimum L70 of 60,000 hours, IP65 rated, and LER of 70. The contractor must also provide 5% spare fixtures and an illumination lumen design per IESNA standards. All work must be performed during weekend periods to minimize disruption.
