Scope of Work

This includes approximately 365 ceiling-mounted and 80 wall-mounted fixtures at the entrance ramp of the two-level parking structure. Fixtures must meet stringent technical specifications, including a minimum of 3,000+ lumens, vapor-tight/industrial-grade, UL listed, DLC Premium listed, California Title 24 compliance, a minimum L70 of 60,000 hours, IP65 rated, and an LER of 70. The contractor must also provide 5% spare fixtures of the same specifications and an illumination lumen design per IESNA standards. All work must be performed during weekend periods to minimize disruption.
Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract with a Period of Performance of 180 days. Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through SAM.gov.
Eligibility & Set-Aside
This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside under NAICS Code 335139 (Electric Lamp Bulb and Other Lighting Equipment Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. Offerors must be VIP-listed SDVOSBs at the time of offer submission and award. Special requirements include holding a California C-10 Electrical Contractor License and providing references from at least three VA Medical facilities or other government agencies (or commercial customers if fewer than three government references exist). SDVOSBs must comply with limitations on subcontracting (50% for services/supplies).
