This fee is based on each Active Veteran receiving services per month.

• CLIN 0003: Implementation: Deployment and implementation of dialysis services within 90 calendar days of award. Offerors shall propose a lump sum price.

• Contract Type: Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

• Basis of Award: Best-value trade-off per FAR 15.101-1. Award will be made to responsible offerors whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
