Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Disassembly and removal of the existing bale press.
- Delivery and installation of a new full-eject bale press system, including a steady flow breaker, automated conveyor, bale bagging, and heavy-duty bracing system.
- Providing a minimum one-year full-service warranty covering parts, labor, and supplies.
- Installation of the new system must be completed within six (6) months of the award date.
- The new bale press system must achieve a throughput of 3,000 pounds per hour.

Additional Notes
The existing baler (Continental Air/Serial #1631 24x54) experiences frequent breakdowns and parts are difficult to obtain. Existing electrical service (460V, 3-Phase, 60 Hertz, not exceeding 77 full load amps) is sufficient. The new baler location does not require wall penetration.
