  • A summary of the demonstrated capability, covering:
    • Antenna Solution: 2-3m parabola, RF quality specs, constellation certification, transit case configuration.
    • Spoke Modem Solutions: Quantity 4-6, transit case details, supported waveforms, reprogrammability.
    • Hub Modem Solutions: Quantity 4-6, transit case details, supported hub waveforms.
    • Graphical User Interface: Intuitive for network access, operations, troubleshooting.
    • Modular Open Standard Architecture: Non-proprietary, demonstrating integration and open interfaces. The Government will review submissions and select a limited number of respondents for the engagement on April 28-29, 2026, in Atlanta, GA.
