- Hub Modem Solutions: Quantity 4-6, transit case details, supported hub waveforms.
- Graphical User Interface: Intuitive for network access, operations, troubleshooting.
- Modular Open Standard Architecture: Non-proprietary, demonstrating integration and open interfaces. The Government will review submissions and select a limited number of respondents for the engagement on April 28-29, 2026, in Atlanta, GA.
