Purpose of Engagement

This is NOT a solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP).

Key Characteristics & Requirements

The Army is interested in solutions for CHN with baseline characteristics including:

  • Antenna: 2.2M
  • Modems: 4-6 Hub Modems, Hub Capable Modems, Reprogrammable Spoke Modems
  • Setup Time: 15 minutes
  • Data Rates: GEO: 20Mbps+ WGS, 40 Mbps Com (500mS); MEO: 80+Mbps (up) 160+ Mbps (down) (125mS)
  • Configuration: 5-7 Transport Cases (no vehicle), 1 Modem Case, 1 Hub Case Solutions should feature a Modular Open Standard Architecture and intuitive Graphical User Interface.

Participation & Submission

Interested parties must submit a Capability Statement (maximum five pages/slides) via email by 1300 EST on April 3, 2026, to tiffany.l.conway2.civ@army.mil and jolene.m.sloley.civ@army.mil. The statement must include company details (Name, CAGE/UEI, Small/Large business status under NAICS 334220), attendee information, and a summary of the capability to be demonstrated, covering antenna, spoke modem, hub modem, GUI, and architecture solutions. The Government will select a limited number of respondents for the engagement.

Important Clarifications

As per the Questions & Answers document, respondents are not required to bring equipment for demonstration at the April event. However, the use of visual aids is recommended to support engineering discussions. Attendance is restricted to U.S. citizens and is at no cost to the Government.
