The contractor will engineer, design, procure, and install a functional data center solution. Key components include:

- Aisle Containment: Two cold aisle containment systems (one 28-rack, one 14-rack) with doors, ceilings, and partitions.
- Power Distribution Units (PDUs): Seventy-six (76) metered PDUs (two per rack) with L6-30P plugs, 30 Amp, 208/240V, and local LCD screens.
- Environmental Monitoring System (Optional CLIN 0002): A NIPRNET-approved system with current or pending Authority to Connect (ATC), remote accessibility, AD/LDAP authentication, and various sensors (temperature/humidity, water/leak, airflow, smoke, door contacts).
Important Clarification: This project is strictly for data center infrastructure (racks, power, containment); it does not include low-voltage data cabling (CAT6, fiber optic), ladder rack, general facility cable tray, backboards, or patch panels.
