This Total Small Business Set-Aside seeks a contractor to engineer, design, procure, and install a complete data center solution. Proposals are due April 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST.

Scope of Work

The contractor will provide a complete and functional data center solution for the 299th Network Operations Squadron (NOS). This includes:

  • Cold Aisle Containment: Install two (2) cold aisle containment systems for two designated pods, including sliding double doors and strict airflow management.
  • Power Distribution Units (PDUs): Provide seventy-six (76) metered PDUs (two per rack) with L6-30P plugs, 30 Amp, 208/240V, and a mix of C13/C19 outlets, each with a local LCD screen.
  • Environmental Monitoring System (Optional CLIN 0002): A NIPRNET-approved system with a current or pending Authority to Connect (ATC), remote accessibility, Active Directory/LDAP authentication, and various sensors (temperature/humidity, water/leak, airflow, smoke, door contacts).

This project focuses strictly on data center infrastructure; low-voltage data cabling, ladder racks, and general facility cable trays are explicitly excluded. All permanently installed electronic equipment must be non-RF transmitting and compliant with future Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditation standards.
