Scope of Work
The requirement involves providing Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for complex information systems, including repair, updates, and return to service. The contractor will also perform STIG compliance scans, continuous system monitoring (ACAS, IAVM), and provide technical reports. A critical component is the provision and operation of a contractor-owned Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) in the San Antonio metropolitan area, connected with AFSCI terminals, adhering to ICD 705 and DoDM 5105.21-M-1 standards. The contractor will also serve as the Site ISSO, maintaining an existing ATO.
Key Requirements
