This requirement includes workstations, seating, storage, and related ancillary furnishings. An amendment has updated the submission deadline and announced a site visit.
Scope of Work
The Government seeks information on vendors capable of providing commercial-grade laminate workstations, executive furniture, and ergonomic task chairs (e.g., MIRRA 2 or equivalent). Furniture must be new, fully assembled, and installed according to manufacturer specifications, with the contractor field-verifying all dimensions prior to installation.
Detailed requirements are outlined in the Salient Characteristics document and T-128 Design Plan. Specific quantities and layouts are provided for the 1st and 2nd floors, covering various offices, open areas, and common spaces. This includes:

- Performance Specifications: Desks require a minimum 30"x48" footprint, laminate finish, integrated cable management, and lockable pedestals where shown. Task chairs must feature adjustable height/lumbar, a 5-point base with casters, and a commercial ergonomic rating.
Response Requirements
Vendors are requested to provide capability information, identify their ability to meet the requirement, and include details on delivery lead times (emphasizing accelerated delivery), budgetary pricing/rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, and relevant past performance.
