  • Installation of a new, fully functional, manufacturer-warrantable HVAC system.
  • Two Alternates for Base Bid:
    • Alternate 1: HVAC unit with SEER 16 rating or better, 10-year manufacturer's warranty on the unit, variable speed compressor.
    • Alternate 2: HVAC unit with SEER 17 rating or higher, 10-year manufacturer's warranty on the compressor.
  • Both alternates require a programmable digital thermostat.
  • Contractor must be manufacturer certified for installation.
  • Responsibility for all utility connections (water, electrical, drain, controls, ductwork) and modifications.
  • Demonstration and training on new equipment, plus closeout documents.
