Scope of Work

This solicitation is for the manufacture and delivery of PACKING,PREFORMED items. Key requirements include:

• Material & Design: Must meet specifications for NAVSEA P/N: 2722497-1 (CAGE 10001, MFG P/N 3-908-E515-8 PARKER HANNIFIN). PARKER P/N: E0540-80 (CAGE 02697) is an acceptable alternate. All material must adhere to Drawing 2722497.REV_A.
• Marking: In accordance with MIL-STD-130, MIL-STD-1285, MIL-STD-454, and MIL-P-15024/5.
• Configuration Control: Adherence to MIL-STD-973 for Engineering Change Proposals, Deviations, and Waivers.
• Shelf Life: Items must have not less than 85% shelf-life remaining at the time of receipt by the Government, as per DOD 4140.27-M and MIL-STD-129P.
• Packaging: Must comply with MIL-STD 2073.
• Quality Assurance: Contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, with the Government reserving the right to perform inspections.
