Scope of Work
This contract requires the manufacture of PACKING,PREFORMED items. Key requirements include:
- Manufacturing and Design: Adherence to NAVSEA P/N: 2722497-1 (PACKING) and CAGE CODE (10001), with MFG. P/N 3-908-E515-88 PARKER HANNIFIN (CAGE CODE 02697) and PARKER P/N: E0540-80 as an acceptable alternate. Material must conform to DRAWING 27224977 REV_A.
- Marking: In accordance with MIL-STD-130, MIL-STD-1285, MIL-STD-454, and MIL-P-15024/5.
- Configuration Control: MIL-STD-973, Paragraph 5.4.8, including submission of Engineering Change Proposals, Deviations, and Waivers.
- Shelf Life: Items must have not less than 85% shelf-life remaining upon receipt by the Government, as per DOD 4140.27-M. Marking must comply with MIL STD 129, MIL-STD-130, MIL STD 290, or FED STD 123.
- Quality Assurance: Contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, compliance, and maintaining records for 365 days post-delivery.
- Packaging: MIL-STD 2073 applies.

Submission Details

If proposing an alternate to the specified commercial brand name, a complete technical description must be submitted for review.
