Scope of Work
The requirement is for 24-hour state-certified paramedic level emergency response and patient transport services for all personnel on Tinker AFB and specified off-base facilities. The contractor will be responsible for:
- Achieving a response time of 12 minutes at the 90th percentile for the initial arriving unit.
- Furnishing all labor, management, supervision, vehicles, supplies, equipment, transportation, and reports (excluding Government-furnished property).
- Providing interfacility transportation from Base Outpatient Clinics to receiving hospitals.
- Covering the full range of paramedic and ambulance services comparable to the local community.
- Participating in flight line hazard/mishap response planning and providing back-up ambulance support.
- Maintaining continuity of services with qualified back-up paramedics.
- Submitting a Process Improvement Plan quarterly.
- Providing primary medical response, transport, and triage/rehabilitation for special events, including the Air Show, with additional personnel and transport units.
