Scope of Work
- Provide comprehensive passenger transportation services, including managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, vehicles, drivers, communication equipment, running expenses, servicing, and insurance.
- Vehicles must be latest model, clean, in excellent condition, air-conditioned, and meet specific requirements: Sedans (min. 2-litre engine, 4-door, 4-passenger), Vans (8-passenger), and SUVs (min. 2-litre engine, 4-door, 4x4, min 150 kW).
- The contractor must have at least 6 directly registered vehicles and be able to arrange for up to 100 vehicles/drivers for large visits. Replacement vehicles must be provided within 1 hour.
- Drivers must be qualified, experienced, competent, possess appropriate licenses, regularly trained in safe driving, show good manners, dressed properly (suit and tie), and pass a U.S. Government security clearance. A minimum of 15 employee names are required for security clearance.
- Two-way communication equipment is required for drivers. A dedicated dispatcher is needed if more than 10 vehicles/drivers are used simultaneously.
Contract Details
- Type: Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with firm-fixed hourly rates.
- Duration: One (1) base year and two (2) unilateral one-year renewal options.
