This environment currently manages approximately 75,000 technical order documents, 17 million engineering data images, over 1 million CAD/CAM files, and over 5 million part indenture configurations.

The anticipated scope of work, as detailed in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), includes:

  • Systems Management: Operating and maintaining Robins AFB product data hardware and software, ensuring system availability (98.5% uptime), cybersecurity compliance (RMF, STIGs), software licensing, and viable system/data backups.
  • Data Management: Assisting with technical data generation, acceptance, and sustainment; supporting data improvement, cleansing, and migration efforts for modernization; and ensuring product/technical data quality assurance.
  • Enterprise Migration & Sustainment: Managing and maintaining the PDSS infrastructure, providing technical support for systems like TD-PDM, TOAP, and STOR, and supporting digital data strategies and transformation.
  • Additional Support: Government Furnished Property (GFP) management, user training, production publishing, Content Management Systems, S1000D specification data capabilities, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support.
