Scope of Work

Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a price quote (including base year and all options), total firm fixed price, discount terms, confirmation of ability to meet the Period of Performance, technical submission (past experience), Cage Code/Unique Entity ID, a cover page with company details, and a completed Attachment 3 – Response Form. Technical submissions must include two past experiences within the last three years as an RE Coordinator in a DAF Chapel, DoW Chapel, or Roman Catholic Church, with detailed documentation (position, job description, POCs, locations, dates). Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government will evaluate offers based on the lowest Total Evaluated Price (TEP) among technically acceptable offers. Technical acceptability is determined by meeting or exceeding standards for non-price factors, primarily the past experience requirement. If fewer than three quotes are received, all will be evaluated for technical acceptability. If more than three, only the three lowest-priced quotes will initially be evaluated for technical acceptability.
