This includes "Clean and Move," "Service in Place" (winter and summer), and "Delivery and Pickup" services. Latrines must be sanitary, fully functional, stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and use phosphorous-free, formaldehyde-free, clear deodorizing chemicals. Urgent delivery/placement is required within 1-2 hours, and tipped latrines must be serviced within 4 hours.

Performance Standards

Key performance metrics include 98% on-time completion for urgent greywater services, 95% for routine, and 95% of tanks pumped to capacity. For latrines, 95% must meet sanitation standards, 98% on-time for urgent requests, and 98% of tipped latrines serviced within 4 hours.
