Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a wide range of non-personal professional support services, including but not limited to: Administrative Assistant, Acoustician, Architect, Business Analyst, CAD/BIM Manager, various Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Fire Protection, General, Geotechnical, Mechanical), Construction Scheduler, Cost Engineer, GIS Analyst, Instructional Design Project Manager, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, Motion Graphics Designer/Animator, Planner, Program Analyst, Project Risk Analyst, SharePoint & Power Platform Developer, and Strategic Planner. Services may be performed remotely or at various locations within the NAVFAC Atlantic AOR. The contractor is responsible for oversight, management, and administration of all contractor staff, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completion of tasks.

Submission & Evaluation

Technical factors (Corporate Experience and Safety) are of equal importance to each other and, when combined, are equal in importance to Past Performance. The combined non-price factors are approximately equal to price. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror(s) representing the best value to the Government.
