Key Requirements & Submission Details
Offerors must provide unit price, total price, and a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT). The Government's required RTAT is 124 days, and offerors must state their RTAT and capacity constraints if unable to meet this. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required, and freight is FOB Origin, handled by the Navy. Quotes should also address pricing basis for new items or increased prices, and a Testing & Evaluation (T&E) fee for items determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER). Quality Assurance & Approvals
Contractors are responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain records for 365 days.
