Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and services to perform Storm Water Compliance Management Services. Key requirements include:
- Maintaining, updating, and implementing a comprehensive five-year Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) in accordance with EPA Phase II Stormwater Regulations, the Clean Water Act, and NPDES.
- Conducting post-construction site surveys and labeling storm drains.
- Updating a maintenance plan for the storm drain system, including inspections, monitoring, and corrective actions.
- Performing annual and quarterly inspections of the storm drain system.
- Identifying and communicating pollutants and their sources, and conducting annual illicit connection detection inspections.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of Best Management Practices (BMPs).
- Monitoring and documenting storm water drainage, site grading, and erosion control plans.
- Developing procedures to assess and prioritize the MS4 storm drain system infrastructure.
- Providing educational materials and reporting information.
- Developing a plan to reduce discharges from pressure washing and landscape irrigation.
