This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for graphic design services for the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. The contractor will be responsible for designing flyers, brochures, posters, newsletters, and other graphic design work as requested. The requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

• Design of flyers, brochures, posters, newsletters, and other graphic design work orders.

• Most work orders require a 5-day completion time, with exceptions for initial proofs of the Annual Report.

• Adherence to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) is mandatory.

• Use of current Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.

• Designs must include white space, be clean and simple, and maintain a consistent file structure.

• Submission of Adobe Acrobat files for corrections and approvals.
