Scope of Work
The requirement involves furnishing labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental engineering for general repairs to keep ranges and training areas in usable condition. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Carpentry, welding, masonry, electrical, painting, heavy equipment operations, mechanical maintenance, refurbishing props, and trash/debris removal.
- Fabricating, installing, and repairing metal gates, flag poles, metal barriers, signs, and wood/metal barricades.
- Installing and repairing fencing (wood and metal), ammo breakdown table repair, wooden steps on ranges, and range structure/facility repair.
- Berm maintenance, firing position maintenance, bunkers, retaining walls (wood or sandbags), and metal bleachers. The work will be performed within a 40-mile radius of Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune Training Complex areas in Jacksonville, North Carolina, including Camp Johnson, Camp Geiger, MCAS-New River, Stone Bay Ranges, Camp Davis, and Outlying Landing Field Oak Grove.
Contract Details
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price/Non-Recurring type contract with a base period of one year plus four (4) twelve-month option years, for a total contract term not exceeding sixty (60) months. An additional period of up to six (6) months may be required under the Option to Extend Services Clause.

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research; responses are not proposals. Interested parties must submit notifications of interest in writing via email. Phone calls will not be accepted, and questions will not be entertained at this time. NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic is specifically seeking HUBZone Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Businesses, Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses, or other Small Businesses with current relevant qualifications. Small businesses must be certified and registered by the SBA and listed in the SBA database. Respondents must submit a capability statement (no more than two pages) including:
- Ability to meet technical requirements.

The contractor shall be responsible for providing certified technicians for required trades, including commercial Class A CDL license, welders' license, electricians' license, HAZMAT qualified, OSHA certified, and valid state driver's license.
