Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive Group 2 UAS target training services, including:
- Four (4) Group 2 UAS targets capable of 100-120 KIAS, operating below 500 feet, with a minimum 3-hour endurance, and controllable flight 20-25 NM from shore over the Atlantic Ocean.
- Qualified personnel for UAS transport, assembly, launch, operation, and recovery.
- Four (4) training days (June 22-26, 2026), comprising two "search and intercept" and two "intercept and kinetic engagement" sorties, culminating in target destruction.
- Operational support, including a single point of contact for coordination and daily removal of company-generated waste and equipment. No debris recovery from destroyed targets is required.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit proposals via email to christopher.petrosky.4@spaceforce.mil and keona.franklin@spaceforce.mil. Submissions must include a technical quote demonstrating capability, product characteristics, installation services, design capability, and estimated completion/delivery time. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, price, and schedule, with award made to the offer representing the best value to the Government. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them. Offers must be held firm for 60 calendar days.
Special Requirements
Contractor personnel, vehicles, and equipment must comply with all Patrick SFB installation access, security, and identification requirements. The Government will provide base access credentials, briefing space, and airspace scheduling. Hangar space may be available on a space-available basis. .zip files are not an acceptable format for submission.
