The new roof must eliminate all weather-borne water leaks, be free from ponding, and be insulated to meet ASHRAE zoning requirements. The system shall be a TPO single-ply membrane, involving the replacement of built-up roof components down to the decking, insulation, gutter system, downspouts, roof curbing, and roof coping.
