Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor and materials for repairs to six Hoop Buildings (H1-H6) at the USDA NCAH facility. Specific tasks include:
- H1: Replace East end cover, install new end door, patch membrane, replace weather stripping, metal siding/corner covers, wood blocks, and install new gravel bed.
- H2: Replace damaged wood blocks, metal wall siding panels, and metal corner covers.
- H3: Remove and replace end/top covers, weather stripping, metal wall siding panels, and metal corners.
- H4: Replace damaged metal wall siding panels.
- H5: Install new top cover (cattle will be moved).
- H6: Install new saddle brackets and diagonal brace pipes, replace East exterior door, and damaged metal wall siding panels (to be completed before H3).
- All buildings require inspection and reporting on straps, cables, winches, and bolts. The scope also includes providing reports on any additional repairs identified.
