- Replacing 6" branch take-offs with new 8" branch take-offs, volume control dampers, and 8" flexible ducts.
- Installing new breakers, disconnect switches, and wiring for each new AHU.
- Repairing roof curbs and roofs to eliminate thermal, moisture, and weather intrusion.
- Anchoring new AHUs and curbs according to UFC hurricane criteria.
- Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) the completed system to ensure positive pressure.
- Compliance with local, state, and federal codes (IBC, UFC, AFI, NFPA, NEC, ABA).
- Off-site disposal of demolished materials; no on-site stockpiling.
- Maintaining continuous facility operations during the 210-calendar day performance period.
