• Estimated Price Range: $250,000 - $500,000.

• Period of Performance: 375 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed for commencement of work, and 375 calendar days from award for completion.

• Contract Type: ID/IQ MACC. This task order will be awarded on a fair opportunity basis.

• Proposal Acceptance Period: 150 days from receipt of offers.

• Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs): Submit questions in writing via email to kiana.m.owens.civ@us.navy.mil and maurice.n.muse.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1400 EST, April 29th, 2026. Use the Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) form (Attachment G).

• Site Visit: April 16th, 2026, at 0800 EST at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, VA, in front of Gate 3.

• Proposal Due Date: Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 1400 Eastern Standard Time. Late proposals will not be accepted.

• Submission Method: Electronic proposals (.pdf format) via the PIEE Solicitation Module only. Maximum file size is 1.9 GB.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror offering the best value. For this task order, evaluation will be based on price only (lowest price source selection).

• Only the listed HVAC MACC contract holders can submit a proposal.

• All terms and conditions of the base MACC contract (N4008524D2508/2509/2510/2511/2512) apply.

• Amendments will be posted directly to sam.gov.

• Wage Determination: Department of Labor (DoL) General Decision Number VA20260169 01/30/2026 applies.

• Government Furnished Property: Not included.

• Bond Requirements: Within 10 days after receipt of award, offeror must furnish bonds per Clause 52.228-15.
