- Experience with international nuclear data collaborations and the Reference Input Parameter Library (RIPL-3).

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Time & Material
- Period of Performance: One (1) year base period with four (4) one-year option periods.
- Estimated Hours: 960 hours per year for the base period and each option year, approximating a part-time appointment (20 hours/week, 48 weeks/year).
- Place of Performance: Primarily remote, with provisions for up to four one-week domestic trips to BNL per 12-month period for meetings or conferences.

Submission Requirements
Quote packages must include:
- Completed and returned Enclosure C (Quotation Pricing Sheet - AMEND 1), with pricing firm for sixty (60) days.

- SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number within Enclosure C, affirming current SAM registration. Foreign offerors not registered in SAM must complete Enclosure B (AMS-Form-050).
