  • Buildings HP51, HP53, HP55, and HP57: Removal of existing roofing, replacement of damaged decking, installation of new architectural asphalt shingles, ice and water shield, metal drip edge, sistering rotten truss framing, replacement of fascia, soffit, gutters, downspouts, expansion joints, vent boots, exhaust fans, and roof hatches. Existing dormers will be demoed to the roof deck, and existing antennas removed.
  • Hazardous Materials: Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) are identified in Buildings HP51, HP57, HP255, and HP265. Contractors must assume all roof penetrations with mastic are ACM and price for abatement. Lead-based paint is present on fascia, requiring a remediation plan. Asbestos inspection surveys are available.
  • Operational Environment: Facilities will remain operational throughout construction, requiring minimal interference.
