Scope of Work
The project involves comprehensive roof repairs and replacement across six Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) buildings. The scope includes:
- Buildings HP255 and HP265: Removal of existing roofing systems, replacement of damaged decking, installation of new aluminum standing seam metal roofs with vented ridge caps, aluminum drip edge, self-adhering ice and water membrane, elastomeric expansion joints, pipe boots, and permanent fall protection.
- Buildings HP51, HP53, HP55, and HP57: Removal of existing roofing, replacement of damaged decking, installation of new architectural asphalt shingles, ice and water shield, metal drip edge, sistering rotten truss framing, replacement of fascia, soffit, gutters, downspouts, expansion joints, vent boots, exhaust fans, and roof hatches. Existing dormers will be demoed to the roof deck, and existing antennas removed.
- Hazardous Materials: Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) are identified in Buildings HP51, HP57, HP255, and HP265.
