• Using a rotation of agents: Vesphene, LPH, and Peridox for triple top-down cleaning, and IPA for surfaces and equipment.
• Providing all necessary materials, equipment, tools, and garb.
• Availability for emergent, off-schedule cleanings on weekdays and weekends.
• Contractor personnel must be trained in USP 797/800 guidelines and disinfection techniques.

Eligibility & Evaluation

• Eligibility: Must be a verifiable Small Business in SAM and on the SBA SBS website.
• Evaluation Factors: Full capability to perform the scope of work at the lowest price, verifiable Small Business status, and past performance detailing experience with ISO-classified areas (ISO 5, 7, 8) and cleanroom procedures.
• The Government intends to award without discussions, so initial offers should contain best terms.

Additional Notes

• Contractor personnel require a low-risk background investigation (NACI) for VAMC access. The contractor is responsible for electronic fingerprinting and completing the E-QIP questionnaire.
• All chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• A Wage Determination (No. 2015-4019, Revision No. 32) for Hillsborough County, NH, is applicable and must be adhered to for labor costs.
