Original Scope of Work
The contractor will provide labor, material, equipment, and supervision for comprehensive trash removal and recycling services. This includes:
- One (1) 8-yard compactor (emptied 3x/week + 12 additional, vendor-provided, bolted, with new container replacement twice yearly and cement power washing).
- Two (2) 8-yard trash bin containers (emptied 2x/week).
- One (1) 30-yard roll-off dumpster (emptied 2x/month + 6 additional).
- Disposal fees for the 30-yard dumpster (estimated 4 tons/haul, up to 30 hauls/year, invoiced per ton).
- Twelve (12) 96-gallon recycling carts (emptied 1x/week for aluminum, paper, plastic, tin).
- One (1) baler for cardboard (leased, with bi-weekly pick-ups).
- Recycling of wooden pallets (2x/month).
