Scope of Sale

Terms & Conditions
- Proposal Deposit: A 20% deposit of the total proposal price is required from the winning offeror within five calendar days of award, payable via pay.gov. This deposit allows for material removal up to its value.
- Payment: Full payment is due prior to removal of any material. Payment must be submitted through pay.gov.
- Removal: Property must be removed no later than September 30, 2026. The first removal must occur within 7 business days of the Sales Agreement effective date.
- Contractor Responsibilities: The contractor is responsible for all freight costs, shipping losses, and safely securing the metal. SIAD may assist with loading using Government-owned equipment operated by depot employees.
- Sale Type: This is an "All or Nothing" sale. Failure to comply with payment and removal terms may result in a default fee and being barred from future Government sales.
