Important Notes
An amendment updates Section L of the solicitation, providing revised contact information for Contracting POC Joni Dutcher and technical POCs Tracey Germino and Sara Araiza. It also includes a clause addressing uncontrollable occurrences (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster, federal furlough), stating that in such events, the contractor will only bill for goods received, and remaining funds will be de-obligated without further claims. Offerors should review the highlighted changes in Section L. Delivery tickets are required, and payment will be processed through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
