Scope of Work
This requirement is for Indefinite Delivery Type Contract(s) for comprehensive A-E services, including design of construction projects, general and environmental studies, and Title I and Title II inspection services. Services encompass programming, comprehensive planning, area development design for new facilities, renovation, repair, and maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. This includes infrastructure (roads/bridges, utilities), corrosion control, and environmental restoration (e.g., HAZMAT abatement, wetlands restoration, groundwater remediation). Required disciplines include Architectural, Master Planning, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Environmental, Landscape Architect, Geotechnical Engineering, Cost Estimating, and Project/Program Management. The A-E will prepare studies, plans, drawings (AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp), specifications (UFGS), cost estimates, and reports.
Contract & Timeline
Up to four (4) A-E Open-End contracts may be awarded, with up to two (2) firms primarily Architectural and two (2) primarily Civil Engineering. Each contract will be a ten-year IDIQ consisting of a five-year base ordering period and five one-year options. The total fees for each contract shall not exceed $5,000,000, with a guaranteed minimum of $500. This procurement follows the Brooks Act (FAR Subpart 36.6).
