Response Requirements for Competitive Consideration
To be considered for a competitive process, interested businesses must submit a written notification of interest and a capability statement demonstrating:
- Ability to perform all full facility services for the anticipated period of performance.
- Possession of specific capabilities, including providing O&M, landscaping, grounds, custodial, snow/ice removal, and integrated pest management services.
- A staffing plan with the capability to hire and onboard employees within one week.
- Capability to award subcontracts within one week post-award.
- Submission of a snow removal work plan, preventative maintenance plan, safety plan, water treatment plan, and quality control program.
- Ability to complete a thorough review of existing systems to generate a deficiency list.
- Capability to obtain background investigations and security clearances for all personnel by May 1, 2026.
- Limited (no more than one week) or no transition period to start work.
