Submission & Evaluation

Evaluation will be based on Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Technical evaluation will assess submittals against BICSI / ANSI-BICSI 006 standards. Offerors must submit up to three recent (within 36 months) and relevant past performance examples. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness. Award will be made to the contractor offering the most advantageous proposal, meeting minimum requirements at the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Letters of Authorization (LOAs) from carriers are required as part of the bid package.
